NTLDR is Compressed

Hi all,
I'm having some problem with my win2000 PRO.when I'm
trying to access it via recovery console,it give me this
error " NTLDR is compressed. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to
restart" ..Anyone know how to resolve this?

IS it actually compressed? If you boot normally and look at the properties
of NTLDR, what does it say and if it is compressed, you should be able to
uncompress.
