Ntkrnlmp.exe Could Not Be Loaded Error Code 7

I keep getting this error when I try to set up xp pro.
I've disabled acpi in bios and tried pressing f7 to bypass
acpi detect but still same error. I have also disabled
hyperthreading and turbo ram, and put clock settings to
default but still same result. I've got a p4 3.06ht
533fsb, 2 wd1200jb in raid0, 768 rdram1066. tia
