ntkrnl secure suite. WHAT IS THIS THING?

I've been searching for days on this.
My system starts up, this PE NTKRNL SECURE SUITE splash pops up every
time. I've read the info on it of what it is. I don't want it. I
didn't install it, I don't know how it got here, but I KNOW I WANT IT
THE H$## OFF MY SYSTEM and I can't find out how.

Does anyone have any idea how to rid my machine of this trash?

I have the same thing on my Windows 2003 Server. I found two files in
c:\windows\system32:

ntkrnlpa.exe
ntoskrnl.exe

and each time I delete them, they reappear just like spyware. I also noticed
I can no longer run Windowsupdate, regedit, or my Virus program. Plus each
time I use the browser to run Google with the term "ntkrnl" the browser shuts
down.

Does anyone know what this is!!
