Whule trying to convert fat 32 to NTFS it asked for a volume, Each time I
enter a volume such as 250 the size of my hard drive it states incorrect
volume entered. what am i missing>

When installing Windows and you wish to make a partition you have to enter
the partition size in mb's not gb's. This could be the same here. 250gb is
250000mb

It's asking for the *name* of the volume, not it's size. Usually, all
one need do is press <Enter> at this point, and the current volume is
converted, by default.

Convert does not refer to which partition by size, but rather volume. In
dos its called the label or name in plain english of that partition.
