NTDS KCC Event ID: 1311 error

I get the following above error in my event log every 15
minuetes. I looked up the error and got the following
article ID #: 819249. It says that i need a patch from
microsoft to fix these errors. Anyone have an easy way to
get the patch?

Yes.

Call Microsoft support. In North America, they will take your credit card
but the engineer will NOT charge it when you tell him/her that you want
the fix from that KB article.
