NTDS General error

I am getting this NTDS error on one of my DC's. Event ID
1126 "Unable to establish connection with global
catalog". I have tried the suggestions of Microsoft
Knowledge Base Aritcle - 305837 with no success. The
clients in that location can only see computers within
their segment. Any help would be great. Thanks, Steve

If there is a DC in that location, make it a Global Catalog Server.
