NT Server named 'coop', not found at workgroup 'NT'

Howcome I cannot see our file server named 'coop' which should reside inside
the 'NT' workgroup? all other workstations within the 'NT' workgroup are
visible, execpt for this server. With Win98 and Win2T workstations no
problems with this 'coop' server. The 'coop' server is of WinNT 4.0 platform.
Pls advise. A million thanks...

Can you ping the IP address of the server?
Can you ping the name of the server?

Is everyone in the same workgroup?
You can install WINS on an NT server ...may help.
