NT backup can I run it in background?

Trying to run NTbackup as commandline version ( in a bat file)
works ok but the user interface pops up, I'd like it to ne more discrete and
run in the background.
Is this possible ?

Here you can find the switches for NTBackup:

To hide the interface, try use "-h" switch..Hope it will work

The usual way to run ntbackup is by scheduling it with
the Task Scheduler under an account other than the
foreground account. This makes the task automatically
invisible.
