Now can't access the other users files (C:\Documents and Settings\TrishQn9\)

I have two user accounts with Admn privilages. Earlier I was able to access
to the other users folder (C:\Documents and Settings\TrishQn9\). But
yesterday onwards I could not access and getting error message "Access is
denied". What went wrong? Checked the User Account in Control Panel and
found no changes in the settings.

Your kindest most honest response will be appreciated.
