NotifyAlert.exe error

Hi,

When I bootup my machine I receive 3 messages:

1. NotifyAlert.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

2. rng.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

3. NT ON-Access Scanner service. has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the incovenience.

The NotifyAlert comes from the Dell Support software that never works
right. Uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs. Googling for rng.exe
indicates this may be part of the Dell software. After you uninstall
the Dell Support software, see if that takes care of rng.exe.

The NT-ON-Access Scanner error comes from your McAfee software. Go to
their website's tech support for a fix. This is a known issue.
