Notification/Alert for special RSS

Any idea, how to Notify/Alert if an RSS arrives with some special words, like
Blast/Firing etc.
 
You can do this with a rule. There are 2 special conditions for that;
-from RSS Feeds with "specified text" in the title
-from any RSS Feed

Of course you can set additional conditions as well and set the action you
want.

However, how to apply the same only on few/specific feeds?
 
You're welcome! :-)

You can select the RSS Feeds when you press the "specified text" link. The
description doesn't directly tell you this but it will pop-up a menu in
which you can select your RSS Feeds.
