nothing appears in the body when I type a new message

All of a sudden I cannot type in the body of a new message. I am able to
type in the fields above, and also in a reply email, but not in a new
message. Help!
 
Sorry, I did a search for any threads relating to your plight and came up
empty. Perhaps one of the Elite Corps (MVPs), and I say that respectfully,
will look at your question and possibly have an answer or suggest a site for
you to go to.

Thanks for trying. Where do I find the MVP's? This is my first inquiry, so
I am a microsoft online help neophyte.

No need to "find" them. They're following this forum already. If one has
an answer to your issue, he or she will respond.
