PPT Magician and Steve Rindsberg helped me with fonts in the ntes view

however now I cannot change the font color while in the normal view of the
slide
and in the notes section

can some one help me again....

today is yet another day!

Well, it's a bit bizarre, but if you select the text in the notes pane in
normal view and then go to Format/Font, you can change the color of the
text. The color change won't actually *show up* in normal view, either --
but it will if you switch to View/Notes Pages.

Go figure. Why in the world would it be okay to change the notes text color
via Format/Font, but not be okay to allow this change from the text color
icons? MS missed something here, I do believe.

Echo you work fast!!!

thanks for your information and input in this regard...

wonder if MS could do an update for ppt for this hmmmmm?
(batting eyes slowly...)
;-)

Just good timing this morning is all. :-)

I don't work for MS, so I can't say for sure, but I doubt that MS would add
this to an update. They might consider it as a feature for future versions,
though. Please ask them. Here's how: Contact Microsoft: Use MSWish to
request features, report problems, etc.
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00545.htm

You can also post a suggestion post to this newsgroup via the web interface
to the newsgroups. If you do that, you might want to start out with "This is
a suggestion for Microsoft. You can "vote" for it at <and then use the copy
URL to clipboard option and paste the URL here> so that all of us using NNTP
(not the web interface) don't just pile on the thread to tell you what you
already know. :-)
