I want to use Notes in Outlook for recording calls answered by a
receptionist for people that
aren't there to answer their phones.
My question really is one of formatting the Notes in Outlook.
I can make a "Note template" that contains titles for the basic stuff
like...
Caller:
Message:
Contact number:
But is there a way i can format a Note so that you press the TAB key to
get to the next "field"?
