I use Ebay on regular basis I'm uanble to receive mail from them. I can
still receive mail on my old laptop running OE but not on Windows Mail.
Wondering if it might be a security setting but can find no way to change it.

Click on Tools, then Message Rules, then Mail. Click on each rule in the
list and see if it applies to Ebay. If it looks like it deletes such
messages,
click on Remove and give any approvals it asks for. At the end of the
list, click on OK.

Click on Tools, then Junk E-mail Options. If you have a blue dot before
Safe List Only, you'll need to add the Ebay address to the Safe Senders
list. Click on Safe Senders, then if you know the address Ebay uses
click on Add if it isn't already on the list and enter that address, either
the whole address or just the part after @. If you added it, click on
Apply. Click on Blocked Senders. Go down the list, and if you find
the address Ebay uses or just the part after @, click on it and then
Remove. Give any approvals it ask for, then click on Apply. Click
on Phishing, and see if it is set to move such email to the Junk Mail
folder. Click on OK.

If you are getting it with OE, and OE is deleting it from the server, then
it can't be available to DL with WM.
Change the settings on the laptop to leave the messages on the server.

Is OE set to leave a copy on the server?
