Hiya,

I think I put the cart before the horse.:0

Ok, When you create a rule that puts specified e-mail in a "specified
folder" is that new folder a .pst?

Should the very first new folder that you create be a sub-directory of
the inbox?

OR

Should the very first new folder created be a sub-folder of "Personal
Folders", so that I can tranfer x's mail to x's folder.

Thanks

The .pst file is your complete Outlook store, calendar, contacts, tasks,
notes, mail items, etc. If you want to create a rule to move an item to a
folder, create the rule, then when prompted create the folder, or the other
way around. Create the folder and then create the rule.

Not than unusual an Outlook question.
