I have a dell computer. The other day I was using it and
I received a error occurred message. Since then I have
not been able to use my nortons utilities 2003 program.

I have uninstalled nortons, and found the message goes
away. But when I reinstall I get then get 2 messages.

They are as follows.
error occurred
Memory access violation in module kernel32 at 2386:46916698

2nd box
error occurred
Memory access violation in module kernel32 at 1461:48477894
What can I do to fixz my problems.

I am not all that handy on a computer!
