Not sure if there's an answer for this one

I am trying to find a way to change the font size of the Folder List in
Outlook 2003. Thing is, I only want to change the Folder List. I don't
want to change the resolution of Windows itself through the Display
Settings. I have already changed the font size of the messages but it
doesn't change the Folder Settings.
I have a CEO that wants to see most of her folders but, again, does not
want to change her Display Settings. Is there an answer for this one or
not? So far, all I have found was how to change the fonts under Customize
Current View but it isn't changing the right thing.

Any response would be welcome, appreciated and thank you in advance -
