Not SPAM

I am developing an application that sends and receives
emails from other machines. The e-mail subject of
outgoing messages is "NOTIFICATION OF RENEWAL". At some
client sites, when they receive the e-mail, it's subject
has been changed to "[SPAM] NOTIFICATION OF RENEWAL". I
need to do one of two things:
1. Create the e-mails in such a way that Outlook never
decides these e-mails are SPAM, or
2. Be able to instruct my clients on how to set their
Inbox options to never mark these e-mails as SPAM.

**NOTE**
The client machines do not have any entries in
thier "Junk Senders" list. Also, simply marking the
emails as "Not Junk" does not prevent future e-mails from
getting marked as Junk.

Outlook doesn't add that. It's usually added on the _recipient's_ end by
their antispam software, but it could be being added on your end by _your_
antispam software. If you have antispam software configured to scan
outgoing mail, diable that feature.
2. Be able to instruct my clients on how to set their
Inbox options to never mark these e-mails as SPAM.

That, of course, depends solely on the antispam software they use. They're
in a better position to figure this out than are you.

Thanks Brian--I don't know if I ever would have put that together myself. I appreciate your responce.
