Not show date in colunm

I have two seprate columns in my query (as shown below)What I need to do is
only show all dates Under SEL before 3/16/03 then show only the dates for SE2
between 3/17/2003 and July 28th 2003. How do I do this in a query. I cant
figure out how to seprate the SEL dates from the SEL2 dates and bring up only
the above dates for each field. Please help!

PD Plan Start Date

SEL 12/10/2001
SEL 03/16/2003
SEL 06/22/2002

SEL2 1/101/2001
SEL2 5/04/2002
SEL 12/01/2000
SEL3
 
You do it with two part criteria like this --
PD Plan Start Date
"SEL" <#3/16/2003#
"SEL2" Between #3/17/2003# And #7/28/2003#
