When trying to use the Windows Update it tells me that I
need to be an administrator to use it. I am the only user
on this computer and when I go to "users" in control
panel it says that I am an administrator. Why isn't the
update page recognizing me as such. It also says that it
might be my network settings preventing the download. I'm
not on a network. Suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks

You have a great site there Doug, but unfortunately the
fix you suggested didn't work. :( I'm really at a loss
as to what could be causing the error. Any other
suggestions would be great. Thanks
