Not Receiving

My email has been trying to receive email #12 of a growing number, currently
52 for about 2 days now. I have rebooted the program and my system several
times, but to no avail. Is there a way around this? Or can I delete this
12th email? I am sending fine. Thank you!

Most email providers have a webmail site where you can log in and delete
that message that is "stuck" on the server.

If it is a POP account, you can also use this
