Not receiving meeting request

I have a user who is using Outlook 2003. We have exchange server 2003. The
user is not receiving any meeting request internal or external. Can you
provide me with steps that I should take to resolve this problem?

We encounter the same problem. One of our user cannot receive any meeting
request internally, but no problem from external users. It happened to him
just recently. The Outlook version we are using is 2002, and Exchange Server
is 2003 SP2. Does anyone have a solution for this?
