not receing newsletters

I am having a problem with receiving the newsletters that MS send out to
users, my Son always gets his and sends them to me, and on several occasions
I check off that I would like to receive them directly.

I hesitat to contact MS directly as they always ask for a PID number and
mine has an OEM in the middle of so they won't talk to me.

Has anybody got any suggestions on how to get these letters?

I'm not sure what "newsletters" you are talking about - I'm signed up to
several MS email groups but I was never asked for any sort of key to sign up
to them......

Do you mean the one that comes each month with all the update information -
one uses their Net Passport to subscribe to it?
