Not passing windows logo testing

When i try downloading something from microsoft it
downloads ok, but when i try to install it i end up with
a windows xp logo error. It says that it didn't pass
windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with
windows xp.

This is because a configuration problem on your computer. It has nothing to do with logo testing.
