NOT Junk?

Is there any way to take a specific address off the Junk Senders rule,
without having to make up a Rule just for that address? Hotmail does this
very easily and I'm surprised there's not an obvious option for this in
Outlook. Hopefully I'm just missing it.

Sure. Open the Junk Senders list and remove the name.
