Not Having Permission to PST File Problem

Hello,

I have recently reinstall my office XP after reformatting
my Hard disk. I have an archived PST file with all my
Emails in it and a PAB file. However, whenever I try to
open this PST file in its own directory, or assigne the
PAB file as my address book, I receive a message telling
me I don't have a Permission to access the file.

I am running a Windows 2000 Pro, and I am the sole
Administrator of the system. How can I resove this
situation? I will appreciate your help.

How did you move the data back to the system??
Did you burn it and bring it back to the system?
check for read only attributes on the files
right click on them and pick properties and check
