I just recently published a new website. Now, when I look
at it over the internet, pictures jumping out of place
and a sentence or two jump 'bout a mile to the right on a
few pages. Prior to publishing it, everything looked fine
on the preview also on preview browser function. I'm not
understanding why this happen.

SOMEBODY, PLEASE HELP!

There are several things that could be causing your
problems:

1. if you have use "Absolute positioning" to get your
site just the way you want in Preview, understand that
absolute positioning is not supported by all browsers and
that alone will cause things to jump around.

2. most developers place "Tables" on their blank web
pages (and tables inside the cells of those tables, if
necessary) to arrange their contents (pictures and text)
into the cells of the tables.

As a rule of thumb, if it takes a lot of work to get your
site to look just right in Preview, it will probably not
translate to your users as they will be using various
browers, screen resolutions and browser font size
settings.

I hope this will point you in the proper direction.
