not getting messages

Why do you need to re-install/repair Outlook express? Your subject say's
'not getting messages' I take from that, that messages are not being
downloaded from your ISP. What problems are you getting? Are there any error
messages? Can you send messages? If you can send, but not recieve then the
POP3 information may not have been inputted correctly and you will need to
change it. A little more information would be useful, before you start
re-installing etc.

Thanks for the link. I have tryed it; but when I am told to find something,
then it is not there. and I don't know what to do thank you
 
I don't know enought about the computer to understand every thing. but I can
not receive messages. I can send and once in a while I will receive one. But
as a rule none of my messages are coming through. What can I do? I thing
