Not enough system resources

Hi,

May I know what causes "Not enough system resources to display completely"
dialog box error?
This dialog box appears frequently in Excel 97 and not in Excel 2000.

Sorry,

The information may be is not specific enough.
The dialog box occurs when I click a Combo box and just before the drop down
list is displayed. I notice that when the screen scaling size is 100%, the
problem does not occur. Other than that the repeatibility is 100%.
