Not all records on report

I have a report based on a query. The query runs and produces 18
records. The report runs and produces 17 records. The missing records
has been identified. It does not have all of the information the other
records do, but it needs to appear on the report. The only criteria
this query and report should use is the date which is entered
initially.

Any thought?
 
If the report is based on the query, then you must have some type of filter
in your report. Get rid of it.
