Not accessible error

I used simple back up to back up some pictures. when I try to put them back on my computer, I can't access the folder that they are in. I keep getting a My pictures is not accessible. Can you help.

Make sure the XP's firewall is disabled. It is intended for direct
connections to the Internet. If you installed any third party firewall, make
sure it isn't blocking access between the computers. Ensure NetBIOS over
TCP/IP is enabled on all computers. If you are still having problems, report
back giving the exact error you have received.

Enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP (NetBT)
