not able to start outlook

Hi
After installing Panda Internet Security (I didn't close Outlook) i cannot
start outlook.
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window"
What to do?

Try starting Outlook with the resetnavpane switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Uninstall Panda and reinstall it *without* email scanning. It offers no
extra protection and can cause problems like this. Oh, and install Panda
with *everything* closed. Jeez.

I think it's Panda.

Sure, it probably has something to do with that but that error message isn't
going away by just uninstalling Panda; it would have produced a different
error message otherwise.
