I have, I think set up my email correctly and I can receive emails but not
send out
This is the error message

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'sun protection tent',
Account: 'mail.vermotion.com', Server: 'mail.vermotion.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Any help would be welcome
Cheers

You should always set your ISP's SMTP server for outgoing server, as
some ISP-s blocking SMTP traffic to all but ISP's mail server.

Are you sure you want to have anything to do with that company?

If you do, note that many internet providers block access to port 25 on
any outgoing mail server except their own, to cause problems for
spammers. Therefore, unless you are trying to connect from inside
that company, you need to ask them if their outgoing mail server
allows you to connect through any port other than port 25, and if so,
where to find their instructions for switching over to the other port.
Just trying all the ports is a very slow way to find out, since there are
about 65,000 ports available and it's unlikely that more than a few of
them will accept outgoing mail.

It's also possible to set up a hybrid connection, where you use the
incoming mail server and return address you are already using, but
the outgoing mail server from your internet provider instead.
Someone more familiar with such setups will have to help you with
the details if this is what you want to do, though.
