When I try to pull in my Contacts from outlook in the Envelopes and Labels
section of Word to print one envelope I receive a message that my PC is
unable to display the contents of this address book. All I want to do is
pull in the addresses that I have listed in the contacts section of Outlook.

I previously was able to do this.

You provided no information that would permit an answer.
What changes did you make to your setup?
What versions?
Have you configured the Outlook Address Book correctly and set Outlook as
your default mail program?

How is it that Microsoft did this?
Sounds like the end user did.
We can't figure out how when we do not know how you migrated your data and
configured your Outlook Address Book. Trying to move back a version is a
setup for file conflicts. How completely did you remove Office 2003?

I am now having the same problem! I had upgraded my Office to 2003 and
could not print envelopes. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall
Office XP. I now can no longer access my OUtlook Contacts. Leave it
to Microsoft!
