not a win32 document

I have bought a new computer. I have moved my documents to
the new computer but when I try to open them it gives me a
"not a win32 document". I seem to be able to open only by
going to property and click on open with "word 95". Can
anyone help me?

I mistakingly said I have to click on "word 95". That is

wrong I have to click on "open with--word 97"
