"Not a Valid Win32 Application" Error

A friend of mine is trying to install a freeware program called Auction
Submit. http://www.auctionsubmit.com/
When attempting to install she keeps getting the error message "Not a Valid
Win32 Application". I downloaded and installed it with no problem. We're
both running XP with SP1. What is causing this error message and what should
I do to get it to install on her computer? Thanks in advance.

Have her delete the copy of the setup file that she downloaded. Most likely
it is corrupted and that is why she is getting the "not a vaild Win32
application" message. Download a fresh copy and try again.
