Norwegian Windows XP SP2 for downloading?

I'm deploying SP2 using SMS Server 2003. Some of our
workstations are running Norwegian Windows XP.

Will there be a Norwegian SP2 file version for download
available? If yes, when?

I have noticed that it's now possible to download the
German, Chinese e.g. versions.

is is stated that you can order the Norwegian version September 21, 2004.
I would think it will be available at the Download Center some days
before that.
