I had a similar problem with Symantec System Work 2002. I had to download
and install a new version of live update, which is available form the
Symantec support website. However, I then also had to contact Symantec
support for details on how to get the new live Update to recognize all of my
Symantec programs. As I recall, some had to be re-installed, but others
could be recognized by running som little script they provided.

Can anyone please help?
