the same ?

Weather stand alone or bundled with systemworks, it is
the same. Symantec has standard or professional versions
of both NAV and NSW
 
The same, ie got Norton Anti Virus 2004 Pro and System works 2004, NAV
2004 was given to me :)

So the System works is pro or standard do you know and whats the
difference ?

NAV standard edition is ideal for most home users. It
sounds like you already have NAV Pro. NSW I found to be
disappointing, unless you find it on sale for $10.
I believe you can install NAV pro and NSW standard
(without NAV).
