Norton Live Update

I have a new computer with XP Home Edition and have
installed Norton Internet Security 2002 which came with
VIA KT333/KT400 Motherboard Utility CD.
After being promted I ran the Norton Live Update. I am
now unable to access Web Pages - I get the "Page cannot
be Displayed" message.
If I disable the Norton Internet Security I am able to
access Web pages. Norton AntiVirus still runs.
I have uninstalled Norton Internet Security and
reinstalled it, but the same problem happens after I run
Live Update.
I don't have Parental Control or Ad Blocking enabled.
Can anyone help me to resove this problem (K.I.S.S -
please)
