How effective is Norton Internet Security 2005 on a limited account?will it
be able to protect me? will it remove viruses on limited account?

Unless symantec are even stupider than I think (which is doubtful, my
opinion of them is already rock bottom) then I'd expect their home software
to function as well from a limited account as it does from an admin one;
their corporate software manages this just fine.
