Norton Antivirus

Using Norton Antivirus, when downloading messages from
server to Outlook, if Norton detects a virus, a window
tells me that. I then have to say to quarantine, and
verifiy by clicking on finish. I want the program to
automatically quarantine the item - I often am not
sitting at the computer, and this delays download. How
can I do that? Thanks.

As a former norton user I can say that that option is in the properties menu
of norton.Open it up and look for e/mail.
 
Hi,
You didn't mention what version of NAV you are running. Generally tho, one
can open Options, and check the proper box to quarantine on the fly.
