I have to tell you Symantec is the worst when it comes to support maybe some
of you know. I was aware of a bug in both products & to delete them & it
saves your reg info so if you reinstall says same date. How do you
completely uninstall form reg & all so no trace of Norton on your system. It
one of the worst products on the market slows your PC down & causes crashing
in ccapp.exe to send to Microsoft & want it out with no trace of it.

Been using NSW, NAV and NIS 2003 and previous versions
for several years. Have never had any problems with these
programs slowing down puter or crashing it. Perhaps the
your problems are with something else or haven't configured
Norton features properly.
