Norton 2003 systemworks & AntiVirus

I have loaded sytemworks and find that even if i turn off
the xp firewall I have problems with loading the files for
anti virus. the fault says that it can't load the common
client core files...... what do i do?
 
I tried to find this but couldn't. Can you tell me where to look in xp prof.

Remove "Nospam" when e-mailing

You have to run "Live Update" from the Norton Systemworks
Home Window. I had the same problem. If you try to run
Live Update from Norton Antivirus Window, it says that it
could not download the core files.
