Noob Question

Suppose i have some simple code written in C and not targeted towards any
platform.

Now, if I want to use it in CF apps, what would be the best of going about
bringing them in? (can .c files be compiled into .dll?)

You can compile youe C code to a dll that exports functions and call it
using P/Invoke.
