Hello All!

I have Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2002 and when my mailbox is backed up
Veritas reports a corrupt file in one of my messages in Inbox that I can't
even find. the message subject is
OUTLOOK 10 MESSAGE MANAGER. I can't see it when using Outlook and going
through my Inbox.

Is there a way to see my mailbox store some different way and delete this
message?

Best regards, George

You have to go the exchange server and log onto it with your logon
credentials rather than the administrator's credentials. From there you
can go to your inbox, outbox, deleted folders etc and delete directly
from the exchange server. This happens sometimes with Outlook and an
exchange server where you may recieve a message that you have 'N'
number of items in a folder yet when you enter that folder from your
desktop/laptop it is empty. If you use the exchange server and logon
from there, low and behold those items are stored in the folder. Just
delete them and you should be OK!
