None of my windows will maximize

Wierdest thing, none of my windows will maximize fully.
Will only go to half screen. Try to manually readjust to
full size and that won't work either. I can go to full
screen in IE if I use "f11" , but that's it. Any ideas ?

Sounds like a good time to use Restore.
Start menu \ Programs \ Accessories \ System Tools
