Hi!

I want to back-up my files incrementally, which Microsoft Back-up does
rather well, but I do not want them compressed. I am backing up to a stand
alone hard drive on my network which has plenty of space for the files to
exist individually where they can then be accessed by others on the network.

Does anyone know if MS Backup can do that? If not, can another program
schedule incremental "copying" of files?

Thanks,

Use XCopy to copy the changed files. If you put the command(s) in a
batch file you can use scheduler to automatically run the script. I use
this with a number of PCs as most of the backup programs, especially
those that come with some external drives, quit working after a short
period of time.
