Nomination Question

As I understand it at present the ruling is that I may only nominate
programs if I write the review and description to place onto the web
page.

Is this right?

Even if it is a renomination of the same version programs which are on
the web page?

The idea is to update an existing description if there is one. . . The review (aka blurb) is
usually taken from the author's web page. That's one of the things that needs to be checked - to see
if it's been updated since last year. I just added some info about submitting a program description
